financial and contractual structuring, contracts negotiation, monitoring/management of equity investments, and exit process management.
Before joining Infra Invest, Soufiane Fettah had an experience in the compliance function at the European Investment Bank (EIB). He was also in charge of the management control and financial and operational reporting for INDH centers.
Soufiane Fettah is a graduate of Columbia Business School in Corporate Finance and holds Executive Certificates in Finance from Harvard Business School and in Strategy from HEC Paris. He has a Master’s degree (DESA) in Finance and Management Control/Performance Management from the Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion and is a Certified Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Zineb Haloui
Financial Analyst
Zineb HALOUI joined Infra Invest in July 2020. Her experience covered, among others : Coporate Finance ; Management Control ; Strategy/Fintechs Consulting ; and Risk Management.
Zineb HALOUI is involved in the process of Management Control, Investments analysis and monitoring.
Before joining Infra Invest, Zineb HALOUI had an experience as a strategy consultant at B-part Consulting where she worked on projects of the creation of payment institutions for several Moroccan and European banks. She was also a trainee M&A/ ECM/ DCM analyst at La Société Générale.
Zineb HALOUI holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from l’Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises of Casablanca (ISCAE). She is also a graduate in Corporate Finance from the University of Science Malaysia (USM) in Penang as part of an academic exchange, and holds certificats in Fintechs and Digital Transformation delivered by the University of Pennsylvania and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Ahmed Najib Ghali
Environmental and Social Manager

Ahmed Najib Ghali joined Infra Invest in 2020. His experience covered, among others: Environmental, Health and safety systems implementation and management for manufacturing industry; compliance with local regulation during the construction and production phases, Relationship with project stakeholders including authorities and communities.
Ahmed Najib Ghali is in charge of environmental and social aspects monitoring, ESAP implementation and ensure compliance with Environmental and Social Requirements of our Limited Partners.
Before joining Infra Invest, Ahmed Najib Ghali had an experience of Safety and environment engineer in Ciments du Maroc, then he worked as Environmental, Health and safety Manager in Citic Dicastal group, the leader of aluminum wheels manufacturing, recently implemented in Morocco, he was in charge also of the EHS management system (ISO14001 and ISO 45001) and certification.
Ahmed Najib GHALI is an electromecanical engineer graduated from National Mining School of Rabat, and he is certified NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), and holds UNEP FI ESRA certificate for managing ES risks.

Abdellatif Nasserdine
Managing Partner Infra Invest
- Abdellatif Nasserdine is Managing Partner and co-founder of Infra Invest, one of the leading Infrastructure dedicated Fund Manager in North-Africa.
- Co-founder of ARIF (pan-African investment fund dedicated to infrastructure) and principal member of its governance bodies. He is also an active Board Member of ARIF’s portfolio companies.
- M. Nasserdine has more than 25 years experience in investment and infrastructure financing, in particular through the implementation of the investment strategy of ARIF and the constitution of a diversified portfolio of projects and assets in strategic sectors such as Renewables, Ports and Industries related to Infrastructure. He founded and manage one of the best African teams dedicated to Infrastructure investment and Private Equity.
- In 2017, the magazine Wealth&Finance designated Infra Invest as “Infrastrcture Manager of the Year” and in 2015, the notorious magazine Infrastructure Journal designated the 120 MW wind farm Khalladi project, co-developed by Infra Invest and commissioned in June 2018, the ” MENA Wind Deal of the Year”.
- Before founding Infra Invest in 2008, Abdellatif Nasserdine was Head of Project Financing at BMCE Bank. Mr Nasserdine has an engineer’s degree from Ecole Mohammadia des Ingénieurs and is also graduated from Harvard Business School.
